Terms of delivery
Ordered products are shipped via Itella, Venipak, FedEx, UPS. In some cases, there may be other parcel services or shipping methods. In these cases the customer will be informed.
The products we sell are of two types: Manufactured and ready for shipment and manufactured after the order has been placed. In cases where products are manufactured, they are subject to delivery deadlines immediately after the order has been placed. When the product is customized (design development, graphic design work, gluing work or other customization work) the delivery time consists of the manufacturing preparation time and the manufacturing process time together with the delivery time. The production preparation and production and delivery times are given below:

- Production times for sticker sets
- When the sticker set is purchased without design corrections - 1-3 working days
- When the sticker set is purchased with partial design adjustments - 3-5 working days
- When the sticker set is purchased with a fully customised design - 5-15 working days or until final approval by the customer
- Production deadlines for merchandise (apparel, souvenirs, PitBoard, etc.)
- When purchased with a ready-made design without individual layout - 2-5 working days
- When purchased with individual design - 3-10 working days or until final customer approval
- Manufactured products
- Plastic trim kits for motorcycles when in stock - ready for dispatch within 1-2 days
- Plastic trim kits for motorcycles when out of stock - ready for dispatch within 10-20 working days
- Other manufactured products (seat covers, clothing, etc.) - 1-2 working days
- Sticker bonding service on plastic trim kits - 1-4 working days
Delivery times
- Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia - 1-3 working days
- Other European Union countries - 4-7 working days
- Other countries of the world - 7-14 working days
- FedEx Express in Europe - 1-3 working days
- FedEx Express Outside Europe - 2-7 working days
If the customer wishes, products can be sent urgently at a price and within a timeframe separately agreed upon, when there is no satisfactory timeframe option in the online shop.
All delivery times may be longer due to various contingencies. Alienas UAB is not responsible for delays caused by parcel services. If the parcel does not reach the customer within twice the maximum delivery time, the customer will be refunded upon request or will continue to wait until the parcel reaches the specified location. All shipments are registered and have tracking numbers. If a parcel is lost during delivery, Alienas UAB undertakes to send a new parcel with the same product or to refund the money. If an alternative delivery service has been agreed with the customer, which does not have the possibility of obtaining a tracking number or otherwise tracking the movement of the parcel and its delivery, the customer accepts responsibility for any loss, misplacement or delay of the parcel by choosing the delivery method.
Where the customer chooses to collect the goods from our production facility at Navaršonys 33, Navaršonys, Panevėžys district, collection is available between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on working days or at a separately agreed time.
