Terms and conditions

Product quality

The sticker sets are made from the highest quality films produced in the USA. The films are designed, developed and tested in the conditions of motorcycle cross-country, water sports and snowmobile sports. The film's strength and adhesive strength meet the highest quality standards on the market.

Printing processes are carried out using the latest and best colour reproduction equipment. Our 10-colour printing equipment prints on all materials used in our market with high colour reproduction accuracy. With our existing printing equipment, we can also print on transparent film using white inks. All our printed products are laminated with laminates of the appropriate thickness and strength for the intended use of the stickers.

For heavy-duty stickers, we laminate them with the thickest laminate and, if necessary, add an extra layer of rough and extra strong laminate. For lower friction products (helmets, street motorcycles, motorcycle stands, etc.) we laminate with a lower thickness film which is excellent at withstanding friction but is more flexible and less noticeable after application.

In the sticker cutting process, the stickers are cut with a digital cutter that cuts the film according to the appropriate templates and with great precision. Cutting errors of up to 3mm are possible, but this is compensated for by additional overlaps in the printing process. In a graphic image, an error or deviation of 2-3 mm is almost invisible or very slightly visible.

All sticker sets are folded flat on corrugated cardboard, covered with film and packed in corrugated cardboard packaging for safe shipping. This ensures that the stickers do not fold, get wet or otherwise become damaged in transit. If any layer of the packaging is damaged, if the packaging is deformed or if other signs of incorrect packaging are visible, please inform us as soon as possible and do not apply the stickers without making sure that they are not damaged themselves.

Adhesive tack. The adhesive properties of the stickers are described in the product specification. The specification shall indicate the thickness, adhesive strength and other parameters of the adhesive. All these conditions are maintained if the stickers are applied correctly. The surface must be clean, fully degreased and at the correct temperature. According to the technology, stickers can be applied at temperatures ranging from -5 to 27 degrees Celsius, but the optimum temperature is 15-23 degrees Celsius. To ensure that the adhesive adheres to the surface, it is necessary to heat the entire surface of the sticker in a hot air blower/pistol after application. In addition, all edges of the sticker, especially where the film has warped or stretched, must be heated very thoroughly to ensure that the film takes the shape of the surface to be adhered to and that it adheres firmly.

Sticker film properties. The film properties are described in the product specification. The specification shall include the film thickness, the degree of shrinkage/expansion, the tensile strength available and the appropriate ambient temperature for use. The film is elastic at higher temperatures and can be stretched or tilted during application for a more precise and beautiful adhesion to the surface. If the sticker has been incorrectly positioned during application and an excess of film has formed, the excess film can be spread out after heating and the sticker can be reattached, and the unevenness of the edge of the sticker should be trimmed with a knife. However, it is not recommended to stretch, stretch or otherwise deform the film as it may lose its properties. At low temperatures, especially extreme cold (-10 or -20 degrees Celsius), the film becomes stiff and has very little elasticity. The film is more likely to break.

The laminate used for the stickers is extremely transparent. It can be matt or glossy. In the case of a glossy surface, it has the property of scratching. The sticker will not always be smooth and glossy and will scratch when it is rubbed. This is a normal characteristic of PVC films. Small scratches may be visible on newly unwrapped stickers. Minor scratches will disappear when the surface of the film is heated. But we do not heat during the manufacturing process so as not to change the dimensions of the sticker. As the film expands or contracts in response to temperature, high heat before the sticker is applied can change the dimensions and render the sticker unusable. Therefore, once the stickers have been received and applied, reheat the entire surface to remove any scratches caused during production and application.

Properties of chromium and holographic film. The properties of chrome and holographic stickers remain similar to those of standard stickers, but excessive overheating or overstretching of this type of film can damage the uniformity of its mirror effect. A 'cloud' effect appears on a sticker that is overheated or overstretched, which may spoil the aesthetic appearance.

Fluorescent and other elements in stickers. Sometimes, sticker designs use fluorescent or other colours that printing equipment cannot print. In this case, a separate element of the exact colour required is glued between the print and the laminate. This creates a certain amount of relief in the final product, as the laminate is not applied on an even surface. A small air gap is also created where the laminate transitions from the printed film to the film with an additional layer of film. This is an unavoidable effect in order to produce stickers with distinctive colours. Such an effect shall not be considered a manufacturing defect.

Sticker templates. All sticker kits are produced and cut to fit the relevant motorcycle or other vehicle model templates. The stickers are cut to a shape that allows the sticker to fit when applied to the plastic, without the need for any additional sticker cut-outs. However, the sticker is more or less elastic at certain temperatures, which can cause the sticker to stretch and make the sticker slightly larger than necessary. In such cases, the excess sticker should be cut off. Also, some vehicle models have heavily curved surfaces with large fractures and it can be difficult to make the right templates to fit perfectly. In such cases, the stickers may not perfectly match the shape of the surface to be glued. If this happens, the sticker can be shaped by heating and stretching where it is missing and cutting off the excess where it is too much. Such minor deviations shall not result in a defective product.

The sticker templates we produce are suitable for every surface for which we produce stickers. But that doesn't mean that the sticker will cover the entire plastic or some specific areas that you can imagine when ordering. Some decal designs cover a larger area, others may cover a smaller area. Older models in particular have less coverage of the surface to be covered. Similarly, a single plastic part of a motorcycle may consist of several or even several dozen stickers, which are applied with gaps. The overall aesthetic appearance of the bonding of such stickers depends on the skill and care of the applicator. When ordering a set of stickers, carefully review the templates you will see when ordering the stickers. After your confirmation, we will not be liable for your expectation of different templates and different plastic application.

Sticker design. When you order stickers, you choose the design you would like for your stickers. On the order form, you see a sample of the design, which is not necessarily generated according to the model you ordered. The design shown is only an example, which will be used to adapt the design to your motorcycle/ ATV/ jet ski or other vehicle. Also, some design objects may change their position in the design depending on the model you have chosen, some objects may not be included in your design at all if changes to the template do not leave a suitable space for them. For each order, the customised design will be presented to you for review and you can cancel the order if you are not happy with it. Once the layout has been approved, you take full responsibility for the accuracy and fairness of the design. Any errors remaining in the design are no longer considered errors if you have approved the design as correct.

The colours in the design samples are produced as accurately as possible to avoid colour discrepancies, but in some cases the colours may not be very accurate. The colours will be very close to the design, but this does not mean that there will not be slight shade variations. A shortfall is only considered when the colour is completely different from what was ordered (e.g. if green is ordered and red is printed). Also, the screen of your device on which you view your design may display different colour shades, brightness, contrasts. Therefore, the colours displayed on the screen may differ from the actual colours of the stickers.

Designs can also be customised. Customizable elements include the athlete's name and surname, and the start number can be in a font or colour of your choice. The background colour of the start number is also customised. Sponsor logos may be changed or additional logos may be added to the designs. The following corrections are included in the standard order price. If you require additional corrections, additional charges will apply.

You must provide full details of the corrections you wish to make to the design you are ordering on the order form. If the corrections you want are not listed in the order options, please write the information in the text box provided.

If you want a fully customised design, please order a fully customised design and we will do it for a separately agreed price

Use of logos and trademarks in design. All sponsor logos and trademarks appearing in our designs are the property of their respective trademark holders. The trademarks and logos used in our designs are for visual representation purposes only. All of them will be replaced by the logos you provide or removed from the design after your order. Only in cases where the designs we have provided contain trademarks or logos for which we have permission to use from the proprietary holders, only then is the use of the logos our responsibility. By ordering stickers and providing the desired logos and trademarks, the customer accepts responsibility for their use and confirms that they have permission to use them. We do not undertake to verify the accuracy and veracity of the information provided by the customer.

Any files you provide for use in the design must be vector files or very good quality raster files. If the logo files provided are of insufficient quality, we will put them together as they are and will not be liable for poor image quality. We also reserve the right to refuse to place logos due to poor quality, ethical, moral convictions and other circumstances that may have a negative impact.

Product durability and depreciation. Our products are of very high quality, but like most things they are not eternal and have a shelf life. The depreciation depends entirely on the circumstances in which they are used and the technique on which they are applied. Some parts of the stickers, which are in more vulnerable areas, can wear out very quickly, while some, which are exposed to few factors, can remain visually and mechanically intact for a long time. Stickers retain their properties for up to 2 years if stored in a dry place, in their own packaging and unwrapped. The storage temperature shall be between 5 and 25 degrees Celsius.

Ordering and its processes. The order is placed in the online shop by filling in the order form and making payment. In the case of a fully customised order, the customer communicates with the manager or designer by e-mail and provides all the necessary information there. An order placed in the online shop shall only be deemed to have been accepted once the order form has been completed in full and payment has been made by the payment method selected in the online shop. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to complete the order fully and to the best of our ability according to the customer's needs. We may also refuse to fulfill an order if, in our opinion, the order contains elements that are unethical, bullying, violent, or other negative emotions. If an order is cancelled unilaterally by us, the customer will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Once the order is placed and accepted, the design is prepared and delivered to the client within 1-5 working days. If the design is not approved, additional corrections are required, then the process repeats itself and can again take 1-5 working days. If the design is not completely satisfactory to the customer and the customer refuses to buy the stickers, 70% of the amount paid will be refunded to the customer and the order cancelled. If the customer confirms the design and that everything is as expected, the order goes into production. The production process takes 2-5 working days after the design confirmation until the courier order. The produced stickers are handed over to the parcel delivery company whose delivery times are given in the "Delivery times for shipments" section. All order lead times given are provisional and may vary depending on the volume of work, seasonality and other factors. We always endeavour to complete orders as quickly as possible and to deliver them as soon as possible.

If products other than stickers are ordered (plastic kits, plastic wrapping service, PitBoards, clothing), the deadlines vary depending on whether the product is in stock or needs to be ordered/manufactured. In each case, the customer is informed individually by e-mail.

Delivery times for shipments. Ordered products are shipped via Itella, Venipak, FedEx, UPS. In some cases, there may be other parcel services or shipping methods. Delivery time after handover to the courier:

  • Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia - 1-3 working days
  • Other European Union countries - 4-7 working days
  • Other countries of the world - 7-14 working days

If the customer wishes, products can be sent urgently at a price and within a timeframe agreed separately. These delivery times may be longer due to various contingencies. If the parcel does not reach the customer within twice the maximum delivery time, the customer will be refunded on request or continue to wait for the parcel to reach the specified location. All shipments are registered and have tracking numbers. If an alternative delivery service has been agreed with the customer where it is not possible to obtain a tracking number or otherwise monitor the movement and delivery of the parcel, the customer accepts responsibility for any loss, misplacement or delay of the parcel by choosing the delivery method.

Refunds. All products we sell that are personalised to the customer's requirements cannot be returned to the retailer, so we do not accept returns of personalised products. Only non-personalised products can be returned and refunded to the customer in accordance with the laws in force in Lithuania. In cases where the product is defective or there are manufacturing or design errors which are not specified in these terms and conditions as the responsibility of the customer, the goods may be returned. In this case, we agree with the customer whether a new product with corrected defects is required or whether the customer wishes to recover the money paid. If the customer chooses to be refunded, the customer must return the goods at his/her own expense and will only be refunded the amount previously paid. The refund will only be made once the returned goods have reached us and their condition has been assessed. Returned products must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. If these conditions are breached, the customer will not receive any refund at all, or will receive a refund of the correct proportion of the money paid as assessed by us. We therefore ask that you carefully check that everything corresponds to the order you have placed before using the goods. The customer may choose not to receive a refund, but to have a new product delivered with the defects corrected. In this case, the previously ordered product must also be returned according to the criteria described above.
