Premium motorcycle decals, made of high quality materials, printed with high quality equipment, and in bright colors. The materials used in our decals are manufactured, developed and tested specifically for motorcycle cross conditions. The thickness of the stickers is 530 microns.

Other parts may also be included in the kit, depending on the model. Before starting to make the stickers, you will be sent a design layout showing all the parts to be produced for your model

We use Substance materials to produce our Graphic Kits for dirtbikes. It's well known self-adhesive materials manufacturer in USA. Substance develops and manufactures high performing print media and overlaminates for critical graphic applications. Thickness of stickers is 525 microns. Highly aggressive pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive system, specifically engineered to adhere to difficult substrates, including motocross bikes

Peel Adhesion - 24N/25mm from Stainless Steel

Tensile Strength - 36N/25mm

Adhesive - Clear Solvent-Based Pressure Sensitive Acrylic

Dimensional Stability - 0.8 mm

Application Temp. - 5°C to 27°C recommended, test prior to specific application

Temperature Range - 53°C to 104°C

Chemical Resistance - Resists mild acids, solvents, and salts. Excellent resistance to water, including immersion.

Application surface must be dry, free of dust, dirt, debris, grease, and other contaminants. We highly recommend cleaning the installation surface with isopropyl alcohol prior to application. Mild heat may be used during installation to help graphics conform to irregular surfaces.
