FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How thick are the stickers? Stickers come in several thicknesses. Depending on what you are ordering the stickers for, they can be thicker or thinner. Motocross motorcycles use the thickest materials, at least 500 microns thick, while 250-300 microns is sufficient for street motorcycles. All film thicknesses are specified in the product description.
3. Do the stickers stick well? The adhesive of the stickers is highly tacky and is designed for good adhesion to hard-to-stick surfaces. It is important to apply the stickers to clean, dry and well degreased surfaces.
5. Is there a guarantee on stickers? Stickers are not guaranteed. Stickers are a wear product and are highly dependent on the conditions of use. If stickers are applied to low friction surfaces (street bikes or low impact areas of other motorcycles) then stickers may last for a few years or more. But if the stickers are glued on cross bikes or ATVs that are subjected to high friction loads during competition (mud, gravel, branches, contact with other vehicles, etc.) then some elements of the stickers may be damaged even after a single competition or training session.
7. Will the image in the 3D visualisation be identical to the image when the stickers are stuck on the motorcycle? The 3D visualisations are only a preview of how the stickers will look on a motorcycle or other vehicle. This is not an exact model of what the stickers will look like, just a preliminary visualisation. However, the overall image will be very close to the 3D model.
9. Will you make stickers in the colours I want if I send you photos of the colours? We can reproduce reasonably accurate colours when making stickers. However, accurate colour reproduction requires colour codes and print testing. If you provide colour photographs, then only similar colours can be reproduced, but exact reproduction will not work. If you provide exact colour samples (part with color, RAL code), then more accurate colours can be reproduced, but they may not be identical either. Accurate colour samples and reproductions are only made when the client agrees to pay extra for it or it is a long-term and large project that will compensate the cost of colour sampling over time
11. Do you produce individual sticker parts rather than complete sets? If you have already bought stickers from us, we keep your order files for up to 12 months and can produce individual sticker parts if required. We can only produce some parts of the stickers individually on a case-by-case basis, but also after assessing whether we will be able to produce them properly. If we are unsure whether we will be able to produce them properly, we may refuse the order.
13. I can't find a design I like for my motorcycle model, can you make one for my motorcycle model? If you find a sticker design you like, but it's not available for your model, please contact us via the personalised order form or by email and we'll adapt our existing design to your model
